Parent Coaching/Consultation - $75

Have some questions about parenting? Within the scope of OT and being a parent myself, I love helping families obtain information and advice on topics related to favorite toys and baby registry items, local resources and activities, as well as general tips on feeding, sleep, development, and play.

*This is not an OT specific service and cannot be billed to insurance. This is a virtual service only, and can be provided nationwide!

Tummy Time Consultation - $100

Tips and strategies on positioning, props, and ways to improve overall strength/endurance to make tummy time a more enjoyable experience for all.

Infant Feeding / Intro to Solids - $150

Using sensory based feeding approaches and additional training in oral motor skills and bottle feeding/weaning, I help your infant transition to solid foods, provide tips on proper set up, wean from the bottle using open cups and straw drinking, and improve fine motor skills/independence with self-feeding utilizing appropriate sized utensils.

OT Evaluation $225
OT Follow up Session $125

After taking a thorough developmental history, OT evaluations assess the whole body by observing range of motion, various milestones, positioning, oral motor strength/coordination, and general body tension. Early intervention is key, especially for tight necks (torticollis), head turn preference/flattening (plagiocephaly), developmental delays, and oral restrictions (tongue, lip, or buccal ties). The goal is to release body tension, improve overall movement, improve feeding outcomes, and help babies feel their best so they can perform their best.

Follow ups assess progress, build on previously learned exercises, and focus on reaching developmental milestones.

*Home Exercises Programs and continued communication are included.

Sprouting Kids - $150

Suited for the child who may benefit from extra support to stay on track with their developmental goals. Sessions are designed to help children strengthen skills in: fine motor coordination, bilateral coordination/balance/strength, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living skills, handwriting and academic readiness.

These sessions are perfect for children who:
Missed therapy time during the school year
Are preparing for a new school or grade level
Would benefit from consistent support in the home setting

Flexible scheduling available throughout the year (summer too)!

Location: Your home or out in the community. Virtual is also available (in NJ only).

Parent and Me Play and Social Groups - $30

Tummy time, rolling strategies, sitting/crawling, and prewalking, socializing, play skills, and building your community.

-Provided at various locations in Princeton

Workshops

Providing educational information on child development/milestones to families, daycare staff, and preschools. Past workshops: Tummy Time, Fine Motor Skills, Sensory Development, and Developmental Milestones.
